If I could decide what kind of photography I want to do professionally, I'd definitely choose wildlife photography. Ideally for the National Geographic Magazine®.

In my opinion it is the purest kind, because animals usually do not pose for a picture, they live their lives and the wildlife photographer is right there to freeze the moment, to ban the animal's existence on one photograph. The outcome is used to educate humans about an enormous variety of processes.
